Stephen G. Wartel is the principal of eLearningprojects.com. He earned his master's degree in social work (MSW) in 1976, is licensed as a clinical social worker in New York (LCSW) and credentialed by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) as a diplomate in clinical social work (DCSW).
Mr. Wartel has authored 2 articles in the professional journal, Families in Society and served as a consulting editor for the journal. In 2011, a co-authored article appeared in the journal, Social Work in Public Health.
